Besides, we ensure the 4-5 times of painting and use paint baking crafts. Painted baking technique adopted products has good corrosion resistance and waterproof performance. The surface is easy to clean, which really brings convenience the maintenance of the amusement rides.

The first step in producing an FRP ride is to create a design that meets the specifications and requirements of the client. This can involve designing the ride from scratch or modifying an existing design.

Once the design is finalized, a mold is created based on the design. This mold is typically made from metal or plastic to create the shape of the ride.

A gelcoat is applied to the inside of the mold to create a smooth and glossy surface on the final product.

Layers of fiberglass mat and resin are then applied to the mold, building up the thickness of the ride. This process is repeated until the desired thickness and strength is achieved.

Once the fiberglass layers have been applied, the mold is then placed in an oven or left to cure at room temperature for a period of time. This allows the resin to harden and bond with the fiberglass, creating a strong and durable structure. Therefore, our FRP rides are flat, smooth, durable and not easy to deform.

Once the ride has cured, it is removed from the mold and any excess material is trimmed and sanded by our polishing machine. After that send them to human labor for hand polishing. The ride is then varnished waiting to be painted.
